NSCR welcomes Carolien Swier
In June 2010 Carolien Swier joined the NSCR. As a research coordinator Carolien is responsible fo the organization of two large-scale field studies: the TransAm study on development of criminal behavior in early adulthood, and the follow up study on the present living conditions of former inmates of a juvenile penitentiary. Carolien studied Social Psychology and Life Course Criminology and worked as a junior researcher at the department of Criminology of VU University Amsterdam.
